Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or an incorrect item received. Please retain the original packaging and share the required unboxing video within the applicable reporting period.
Design selection, colour preference or change of mind will not qualify for return or exchange once the hamper has been prepared.
