1. Domestic Shipping

• Free Shipping: Available across India on orders of Rs 1,000 and above.

• Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of Rs 99 applies to orders below Rs 1,000.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

• Delivery Timeline: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

• All domestic orders are shipped through registered courier partners.
   

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders up to Rs 5,000.

• An additional COD charge of Rs 150 applies.

• COD availability is subject to delivery location and courier serviceability.
   

3. International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to selected countries.

• International shipping charges depend on the destination and order weight.

• Shipping charges will be confirmed via WhatsApp.

• International delivery timelines and applicable customs duties or taxes will be communicated where relevant.
   

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and email.

• Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within 7 days of dispatch so we can assist with the courier partner.
