Returns & Refunds

• We offer an exchange or refund for genuinely defective products. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and keep the tags intact. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days after we receive the returned product.

• Returns are only accepted for damaged products and not for for reasons such as color variation, design variation, or change of mind. everse pickup from the shipping address will be free of cost. To claim a refund, record an unboxing video and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. The video must be genuine and unedited.

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Used or washed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Each item can only be exchanged once.

• Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Full-priced items cannot be exchanged if later discounted. No additional promotions or coupons can be applied to discounted items. Discounts may change without notice, and claims will not be considered.
