Order Shipping

• Domestic Orders: Shipped via registered domestic courier companies or Indian Postal Services.

• Free shipping: We offer free shipping across India on all orders valued at ₹ 1000 and above and a nominal ₹150 shipping fee applies to orders below this amount. All Free Shipping orders will be processed by Registered Indian Post.

• Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within 2-3 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at order confirmation. Most orders are delivered within 8-10 business days.

• Delivery Liability: Bichhavans is not responsible for delays by the Courier Company or postal authorities.

• Delivery Address: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number, to facilitate faster delivery of your orders.

• Service Confirmation: Delivery of our services will be confirmed via Courier Tracking ID or on-call.

• International Orders: For orders outside India, Please contact us directly for International shipping costs.

Cash on Delivery Policy

• COD is available on orders above ₹1,000.

• A ₹299 confirmation amount is required to process COD orders.

• The advance amount will be adjusted in the final order value.

• Orders are dispatched once the confirmation amount is received.

• If the order is cancelled after dispatch, the confirmation amount is non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

• We offer an exchange or refund for genuinely defective products. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, and keep the tags intact. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned product.

• Returns are only accepted for damaged products. The customer is responsible for return shipping. To claim a refund, record an unboxing video and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. The video must be genuine and unedited.

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Used or washed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Each item can only be exchanged once.

• Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Full-priced items cannot be exchanged if later discounted. No additional promotions or coupons can be applied to discounted items. Discounts may change without notice, and claims will not be considered.
